Can I reuse the alarm?
Yes! The alarm is fully reusable. As soon as you reinsert the pin, it is immediately ready for use again.
How long does the battery last

Will it go off by accident in my bag?
No. It only sounds when you deliberately pull the pin — everyday movement in a bag or pocket won't set it off. And if it ever does, you simply click the pin back in and it stops instantly.
Is it legal to carry?
Completely. A personal safety alarm is 100% legal to carry and use anywhere, by anyone, with no licence needed, unlike pepper spray, which is illegal here. It's one of the few personal safety tools you can carry without a second thought.
Do I need my phone?
The 130dB alarm and strobe work completely on their own, no phone needed, ever. Your phone only comes in for the connected features (emergency call and sharing your location), so keep it nearby for those. Even without it, the loud part always has your back.
Who can see my location?
Only the emergency contacts you choose, and only when you activate the alarm. Safebestie doesn't track you in the background. Your location stays private until you decide to share it.
